Life Transitions Doulas offers a range of services for those who are preparing for their future with a focus on death, whether they want to formalize advance planning directives or need assistance, guidance and support for themselves and their family in times of need.

Advance Care Planning
Engaging you in thoughtful discussions that will help you determine your specific vision about how you want your last days to look, sound and feel, and to appoint advocates to make decisions on your behalf if/when you are no longer able to do so.

Vigil Planning and Support
Creating plans based on your needs and wishes for your final days that are focused on bedside comfort, symptom management and loving support for you and your family.

A brief description of how our fees will work…
As each person’s health and personal circumstances differ, the cost for end-of-life doula services will also vary. Our initial consultation can last as long as 90 minutes and is complimentary. Based upon your needs and timeframe, a package price will be determined, and an Agreement will be completed before our work begins.
